I am a Licensed Professional Counselor experienced in working with individuals of all ages and walks of life, providing care and support for those facing eating disorders, substance use, depression, anxiety, trauma, and more.

I understand deciding to seek help may be an extremely difficult decision. Having a safe space to go for support is at the top of my priority list as a human and therapist. Within my work in the eating disorder population, I am an anti-diet and Health at Every Size focused provider who is passionate in using a Salutogenic, social justice lens to approach and explore body image, weight stigmatization, and more!

I use an integration of trauma conscious modalities and inclusive approaches with clients, including ART, ACT, mindfulness-based approaches, DBT/CBT, polyvagal theory, and Client Centered modalities. I am an advocate for members of the LGBTQ+ community and am deeply passionate about providing an affirming and safe space for all individuals.

My goal is to assist my clients in exploring their true self while connecting to their immense capacity for growth and establishing safety and peace within their lives. I'd be honored to assist you in this journey.

Winter’s Office

A mustard yellow sofa with three decorative pillows, including a rainbow cushion, in a cozy living room. A small wooden side table next to it holds a white orchid, tissues, and toys. A tall standing fan is nearby, and a floor lamp provides warm lighting. The wall above has a clock, artwork, and decorative wall hangings, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
A cozy corner with a teal armchair draped with a beige blanket and a round crochet pillow. Behind the chair is a tall floor lamp with a beige shade. To the right, a tall wooden bookshelf holds plants, books, and decorative items. The room has off-white walls, a ceiling with acoustic tiles, and light wood flooring.
