Hi, I’m Ashley.
I help people navigate their inner parts and ways they show up in their own life, with gentleness and curiosity. I help people find healing through trauma, suicidality, and burnout. I approach sessions with compassion and warmth, while holding the belief that your story is not over, and there is hope to be found.
I am able to meet clients where they are at, and walk with them through the heavy and light parts of being alive. I hold an authentic, honest session that strives to inform, encourage, and support clients through their challenges. I view therapy as a team effort, with the client and I walking together towards their goals. I believe clients are the experts of their lives, and I get the privilege of helping them come home to themselves. I help clients learn to understand their emotions, learn how to show up for themselves authentically, and skills to navigate difficult situations.
I’m trained in EMDR and IFS, two methods utilized for treating trauma. I have worked with individuals across the lifespan, and currently enjoy working with adults.
