Hi, I’m Ashlee.

Maybe you’ve spent a long time trying to be the person you thought you were supposed to be. You may be questioning parts of your identity, rethinking beliefs you grew up with, navigating changes in your relationships, or simply trying to understand yourself a little better. You might know that something doesn’t feel right anymore, even if you’re not sure yet what needs to change.

I believe therapy is a space where you can show up as your full, authentic self without needing to have everything figured out first. My goal is to create an environment where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely heard as we make sense of what you’re experiencing together.

I take a person-centered and existential approach to therapy, meaning I believe you are the expert on your own life. Rather than telling you who you should be or what your life should look like, I’m here to walk alongside you as you explore your experiences, relationships, identity, values, and the things that matter most to you.

That might mean working through anxiety or depression, exploring your LGBTQ+ identity, navigating religious trauma or a changing relationship with faith, or trying to understand patterns within your relationships. Whatever brings you to therapy, there is space to explore it without judgment.

My style is warm, authentic, curious, and collaborative, with room for humor when it feels right. I want therapy to feel like a place where you can be honest about what is working, what isn’t, and what you want your life and relationships to look like moving forward.

You don’t have to arrive knowing exactly what you need or where you want to end up. We can start with where you are.
