Hi, I’m Julia.
I help people cultivate more meaningful connections with themselves, others, and their world. I help adult individuals and couples more effectively navigate interpersonal conflicts, non-monogamy exploration, existential anxiety, life transitions, depression, and religious trauma.
Being a human in the world is a wild, heavy, complicated experience. You deserve a space that honors your whole Self—mind, body, and spirit. My approach is holistic and deeply affirming of LGBTQIA+, poly, kink, BIPOC, and neurodivergent communities. My goal is to understand your unique story, identity, and way of making sense of your experiences.
I approach sessions with curiosity and wholeheartedness, helping you expand your capacity for self-compassion, emotion regulation, and values-led living. We work together to gain a deeper understanding of how your internal parts show up for you individually and within your relationships. Through re-examining the beliefs, values, and stories you were handed, I’ll support you in finding clarity about what you want to keep, and what you are ready to release.
Whether you're looking to heal from complex trauma or simply find stable ground in an ever-shifting world, I would be honored to help you work toward a life that feels authentic, empowered, and deeply yours.

Julia works with adults and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, spiritual and religious trauma, and questions of identity and meaning. She is especially passionate about supporting clients who are exploring how they relate to themselves and others, including those in non-monogamous, kink-affirming, LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and neurodivergent communities.
Drawing from a holistic, integrative approach, Julia helps clients make sense of their internal experiences, develop self-compassion, and build greater emotional awareness and regulation. She supports clients in examining the beliefs, values, and stories that have shaped them, so they can move toward a life that feels more authentic and aligned.
Julia offers both in-person therapy in Phoenix and telehealth services throughout Arizona.
