I help high-achieving young adults and twenty-somethings who feel anxious, stuck, or overwhelmed by big life decisions. Many of my clients struggle with perfectionism, self-criticism, and the pressure to always have it all together. Your 20s are a time of major transitions, including navigating careers, relationships, identity, and independence, all of which can feel overwhelming, especially for high achievers. Past experiences or trauma can add even more weight. In therapy, I offer a supportive space to process what’s beneath the anxiety and build practical tools for coping.
My approach blends EMDR for deeper healing with mindfulness-based approaches to reduce self-criticism and strengthen self-compassion. I bring an easygoing style to sessions while also providing tools to increase reflection and create meaningful change.
Together, we’ll work toward feeling calmer, more grounded, and confident in your decisions. If you’re ready to quiet anxiety, heal old wounds, and feel more clarity in your 20s, reach out today to get started. I'd love to support you!

Paige works with young adults and adults in their 20s and 30s who are navigating anxiety, life transitions, trauma, and challenges related to self-esteem and self-worth. She is especially passionate about supporting high-achieving individuals who struggle with perfectionism, self-criticism, and the pressure to always have everything figured out.
Many of Paige’s clients are in the midst of major life transitions, navigating careers, relationships, identity, and independence, and are looking for a space to slow down, understand what’s underneath their anxiety, and build more self-compassion along the way.
Paige integrates EMDR with mindfulness-based approaches to support deeper healing while also helping clients develop practical tools for managing anxiety and increasing emotional regulation.
She offers telehealth therapy throughout Arizona and works with adults seeking support for anxiety, trauma, and self-esteem concerns.
