Hi, I’m Ashlee.
I believe therapy is a space to slow down, become curious about what has shaped you, and better understand yourself. We are shaped by our relationships, identities, environments, and beliefs, and sometimes the stories we carry no longer fit who we are becoming. Therapy can help us reconnect with what matters and move toward a life that feels more authentic.
My hope is that you feel safe to show up as your whole self and that your story is met with care and curiosity. I strive to create a warm, genuine, and collaborative space where you feel both validated and gently challenged. You know yourself and your life best, and my role is to help you make sense of your experiences and find your own way forward.
I am particularly passionate about working with LGBTQ+ clients, individuals navigating religious trauma or changes in their relationship with faith and spirituality, and adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety and depression. I also have experience supporting clients through periods of significant emotional distress and suicidality, as well as working with relationship concerns, betrayal trauma, and individuals and couples exploring polyamory and ethically non-monogamous relationships.
I primarily work from an existential and person-centered framework, while drawing from a range of therapeutic approaches based on the needs of each client. Together, we can explore what has shaped you, what may no longer be serving you, and what it might look like to build a life that feels genuinely yours.
