Julia Rambeau, LAC (she/her)
Licensed Associate Counselor
Hi, I’m Julia.
II see therapy as a journey of reconnecting with your most authentic self. I provide a space of curiosity, compassion, and patience for you to process your experiences, improve self-awareness, and explore ways to make changes in your life. We work together to gain a deeper understanding of how your internal parts show up for you individually and within your relationships.
I have experience working with adults, adolescents, and couples through a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, interpersonal challenges, life transitions, grief & loss, spiritual and religious struggles, and trauma.
I strive to honor my clients’ individual needs and integrate various modalities including Internal Family Systems, polyvagal, and psychodynamic theories, as well as DBT, ACT and mindfulness-based practices. I take a holistic approach, addressing and strengthening the mind, body, and spirit.
I am an LGBTQIA+, poly, kink, BIPOC, and neurodiversity affirming therapist. Practicing from a Liberation Psychology lens, I believe it is important to explore how your unique identities have shaped your lived experience, and situate your concerns within the wider social, cultural, and systemic contexts.
I would be honored to work with you on your healing journey toward living your most empowered life! Please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have.
