    Hi, I’m Caitlin.

I help people understand their inner world and treat themselves gently. I help people find healing from their past trauma, body image struggles, and difficulties with self-worth / self-esteem. I approach sessions from a compassionate, integrative perspective, with the underlying desire for all clients to feel both safe and known.

I am able to hold the tension of being both gentle and easygoing in session, while also providing structure and being open and forthcoming with clients. I view therapy as a collaborative process and trust my client’s intuition and internal wisdom to guide their decisions. I help clients understand the function of their emotions, healthy boundaries, communication strategies, and skills to self-regulate.

I’m trained in EMDR and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, two methods commonly used for treating trauma. I’ve worked with a variety of ages, and particularly enjoy counseling those in the young / emerging adulthood phase of life.

    Hi, I’m Nicholas.

I help people come home to themselves. I help people find relief from depression, trauma, and ADHD by helping them understand their unique story and how they have come to navigate in the world. We not only identify what isn’t working but the why behind it. Then, I help them learn to make needed changes and to have more compassionate relationships with themselves and others. I work with those who often feel a deep sense of shame or may never have had a healthy relationship. I partner with those who feel at war with themselves and/or others and engage in negative patterns but struggle to stop it.

I get it because I have experienced this myself. I was inspired to become a therapist because of my own positive experiences in therapy. With honesty and a touch of humor, I utilize my specialized training in combination with my personal experiences to help people feel understood, seen, accepted, and ultimately have hope for the future.

We can’t change what happened to get to this point, but we can change how we move forward. I’d be honored to be part of that with you. Review the rest of the website and reach out to schedule an appointment.

    Hi, I’m Paige.

I help people understand and reduce their anxiety, perfectionism and self criticism, and sense of feeling lost in life. I primarily help early and emerging adults experiencing major life transitions.

In our work together, you’ll learn to practice self-compassion and build a life based on your specific goals and values. We’ll learn more about your emotions and improve your important relationships. Through mindfulness and other therapeutic approaches, we’ll explore and identify why you are feeling anxious, running on “autopilot,” and get you out of your head.

Transitions and change are really hard. I get that. Yet I believe there is hope, and they can offer opportunities for growth and better knowing yourself.
